Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the TutorsHub mobile app distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

You must be at least 13 years old to use TutorsHub. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
TutorsHub enables students to browse tutors, request sessions, and manage bookings. Tutors may receive requests, set availability, and track earnings. Administrative users may manage bookings, users, and payment status.
Payments are processed through Stripe. TutorsHub does not store full payment card details. Any billing disputes should be submitted through the app support channels.
Users must provide accurate information and act respectfully. Prohibited conduct includes fraudulent behavior, harassment, and misuse of the platform.
All TutorsHub content, branding, and software are the property of TutorsHub. Users retain ownership of their own submissions, while granting TutorsHub a license to operate the service.
TutorsHub may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable policies in the App Store or Play Store.
The service is provided "as is" and TutorsHub disclaims all warranties to the extent permitted by law. TutorsHub is not responsible for the quality of any individual tutor or outcome of any session.
TutorsHub may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
